What DeliveryDeets is

DeliveryDeets (the "Service") is a tool for people who do driving-based gig work. You log your sessions, earnings, miles and costs, and it estimates what you kept after car costs and tax. It is offered by Bica Apps ("we", "us"). It works in US dollars and for US taxes only, and it is meant for use in the United States.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Estimates, not advice

DeliveryDeets is not tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not your tax preparer. Every figure is an estimate worked out from what you enter and from published rates. It can differ from what you actually owe.

You are responsible for your own records, your own tax filings and payments, and for checking any figure before you rely on it. Talk to a tax professional or the IRS before you file.

Your account

To use the Service you need an account. When you create one, you agree to these rules.

• One account is for one person. Do not share it or let someone else use it.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you give us is accurate, and you keep it up to date.
• You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service. That includes making extra accounts to get repeated free trials or more screenshot reads.

Plans and billing

There are two plans.

• DeliveryDeets Free: log your dashes by typing, see what you kept and what to set aside for tax, track payouts, expenses and your vehicle, and export your data as CSV. It is free for as long as you like.
• DeliveryDeets Plus: $3.99 a month or $39 a year. It adds screenshot reading (10 reads a week), spreadsheet import, the full year-end tax report, and the option to buy read packs.
• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. During it you can use screenshot reading (10 reads a week) and spreadsheet import, and preview the year-end tax report; the full report needs a paid Plus subscription. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to Free when the trial ends and your data stays. A sign-up code gives a trial of 30 days in total instead. A code can be used once per person and may expire or be revoked, and a trial is given once per person, not once per email address.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Charges appear on your card statement as BICA* DELIVERYDEETS.
• Plus renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you first.
• You can cancel at any time in Manage billing (in Settings, under Plan and reads). You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to Free and your data stays.
• We do not refund partial periods. If you cancel part way through a month or a year, you keep Plus until that period ends, but the rest of it is not refunded, except where the law requires.

Read packs

Subscribers can buy read packs (50, 100, and 225 reads) as a one-time purchase. Once your weekly reads are used, reads from a pack are used next, oldest pack first.

• Packs never expire, and unused reads stay on your account if your plan ends.
• You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying a pack, but only if none of that pack's reads have been used. To ask, contact support at support@deliverydeets.com.
• Reads have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for anything else.

Your data and screenshots

You own your data. What you type, import or confirm stays yours, and you give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.

Screenshots are read and discarded. We do not keep them. What we do keep, and who handles it, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data as CSV and delete a platform and its data yourself. The app has no delete-account button: to delete your whole account and everything in it, write to support@deliverydeets.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service fairly. You agree not to:

• break the law or use the Service for anything other than its purpose
• scrape it, send automated bulk requests, or copy, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law allows it
• upload other people's data or screenshots without their permission
• try to get around limits, free trials, read allowances or security
• interfere with the Service or with other people's use of it

Delivery platforms

DeliveryDeets is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Instacart or any other delivery platform. Their names are used only to describe the kinds of records the Service works with. All names belong to their owners.

Changes

We may change, add or remove features, and we may change these terms. For a material change we will give notice before it takes effect where we can, for example by email or in the app.

The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using it and ask us to close your account.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be free of errors, or that its figures, screenshot readings or tax estimates are accurate or complete. Screenshot readings can be wrong, so check them before you save. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, tax penalties or interest, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

If a claim is made against us

If a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the Service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent you caused it. We will tell you promptly and let you help deal with it.

Ending your use

You can stop using DeliveryDeets at any time, and you can ask us to close your account.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the Service, or if the law requires it, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. We may also stop offering the Service, with reasonable notice. Paid periods are not refunded when an account ends, except as these terms say or the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts located in the State of Indiana, except where the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out without a dispute.
